Hello! I am Erica Midkiff, a freelance copy editor by day (among my clients are Pure Green and Kinfolk). I love words, but I'm also a very visual person, and I enjoy doing creative things like making jewelry and taking photographs. I grew up in southern Virginia, lived in Boston for five years, and just moved to Birmingham, AL, with my love. It feels like home. Unstitched :: Feature

I was so thrilled (and flattered) when the lovely Lillian asked to feature my home on her site. I talk about some of the things that make a home for me! I look forward to doing another feature once we've moved into the new house.

I was visiting Lillian's blog this morning and noticed your feature -- how cool! Also, you know that wooden cat you have? My parents have one of those, too (in a different color palette).
