Hello! I am Erica Midkiff, a freelance copy editor by day (among my clients are Pure Green and Kinfolk). I love words, but I'm also a very visual person, and I enjoy doing creative things like making jewelry and taking photographs. I grew up in southern Virginia, lived in Boston for five years, and just moved to Birmingham, AL, with my love. It feels like home. San Diego Zoo

The zoo in San Diego was beyond what I even expected. We did a behind-the-scenes tour, and my favorite part was interacting with the rhinos.

I think San Diego has one of the best zoos in the world. The different species of animals are impressive. Also they have many activities for the whole family. A very fun place to visit.
